- 250ml yeast milk
- 2 tbsp semolina
- 1 teaspoon margarine
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar (optional)
- 120g Rafferty’s Garden Pear & Apricot 4+ month
Storage tip: Refrigerate leftover portions and use within two days
Step by Step Instructions
Bring the milk to the boil in a saucepan.
Add the semolina, sugar and margarine and stir constantly until mixture thickens and coats the back of a spoon.
Served topped with a dollop of Rafferty’s Garden Pear & Apricot or any other of your favourite fruit combo’s from the Rafferty’s NOTHING ELSE range
